Our Special Crust Recipe
Like any basic cheesecakes, they come with a nice, crunchy crust at the bottom. At Delcie’s, we created a special formulated low-fat crust that is not that basic into our cheese mousse desserts.
Many of our friends love it!
As for our special recipe, it’s a secret…. you have got to try it yourself!

Before I end this post, here is a basic recipe for any basic cheesecake crust.
Ingredients:
3 pieces of digestive biscuits (crushed)
1tbsp of icing sugar
2tbsp of melted butter
You need:
1 baking sheet/pan
Pre-heat over at 140 degree Celsius
Directions:
Mix the crushed digestive biscuits and icing sugar together.
Next add melted butter and mix with a fork until completely even.
Press mixture into a baking sheet and put to bake at 140 degree Celsius for 15mins.
