Campaign Objective

This is a pre-launch fund raising campaign for our boutique cafe that is targeted to launch in 2009.

We want to set up a cafe that provides not only good quality food and desserts, but also offer great service and friendly environment for everyone to unwind.

Through this pre-launch campaign, we are aiming to get as many feedback as possible from our customers. This will help improve the taste of our desserts ensuring that our next cup will be even better. We hope with every purchase of Delcie’s, you will return to us again for more and even recommend us to your friends and families. Do let us know what other flavours you may want to try from Delcie’s too.

Why not take a loan from the financial banks?

Getting a loan from banks would definitely be easier and the fastest way out to set up a cafe. However, we hope for your input to help us realise our dream and to prove that it is possible to build a business even with nothing in the beginning.

We hope to build a cafe through the help of everyone in the community i.e. those who believe in our cause and would like to show their support to us. The simple idea is to get involved in this project while in the process, making new friends. At the end, we will celebrate the excitement together when we have achieved our goal to set up a cafe. One that is special to everyone who has contributed to this cafe-building project.

How do we raise our funds?

Proceeds made from the sales from every cup of Delcie’s goes into our funds to help build our cafe. (check our website weekly or sign up for our mailing list to keep yourself updated on the amount raised)

How you can contribute…

There 2 ways to contribute to our fund raising campaign:

1. Buy our desserts by choosing from our range of flavours in our menu page (minimum 5 cups per order).
2. Voluntary donations of any amount.

What will you benefit from each contribution?

It is exactly similar to purchasing bread from any bakery shop in your neighbourhood mall. Except that the profit doesn’t go into our own pockets for buying pretty clothes, going to spa nor eating out at hi-class restaurants. All our proceeds from any sales of Delcie’s will go directly into our fund bank.

By buying our desserts, you get to enjoy our wonderful desserts in cups at your own leisure. Besides that, you’re doing us a great cause by helping us realise our dreams.

To add on, when our cafe officially opens in year 2009, as a valued contributor to our fund raising campaign, you will automatically join our membership to enjoy member’s only privileges. Moreover, wouldn’t you feel wonderful to know that you have actually played a part in building our cafe.

Hence, it’s a win-win situation for both you and Delcie’s.
